I’m Rytis Valančiauskas.

In my tenure at Zabolis Partners, an investment banking group that specialises in the creation of new businesses across various sectors such as real estate, FinTech, EdTech, green technology, and others, as well as assisting established businesses in their transformation, I have accumulated substantial experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, and employment law.

In my capacities as Head of Legal and Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Citadele Bank and other financial institutions, I have been instrumental in implementing comprehensive frameworks to ensure compliance with payment processing, data protection, money laundering prevention, sanctions regulations, and other legal requirements.

Dealing with board directors and C-level executives has honed my ability to comprehend the company’s business objectives and align them with legal compliance.
